All we request is that the products are sent back in the original packing and the goods are in the same unused condition as when you received them within 14 days of purchase.
Postage for all returns paid by customer except in the event of faulty or damaged good.
FAULTY & DAMAGED goods must be reported immediately. In the event of PARCELS that are received damaged or torn packaging this must be signed, and confirmed by the courier.
I ship with courier where possible and use registered post for tracking, and Has to be signed for and is also Insured, we simply post all lower value items with standard post.

All Purchased items have a no quibble returns Policy, but all or any goods to be returned, are shipped at the customers cost, except where the goods are damaged in transit and or are damaged in another way, or fail to meet the description on our site.
